Set it centrally in the space, with the process-air intake in the wettest area and the dry-air outlet aimed across the materials you're drying.
Attach the reactivation/wet-air hose and route it outside the drying chamber so moisture leaves the space.
Close windows and doors to contain the dried air — dehumidification works best in a controlled environment.
Run the unit continuously and check progress with a moisture meter. Combine with air movers for faster structural drying.
As materials dry, you can reposition air movers and the dehumidifier to target remaining damp areas.
