What power requirements should I know about?
Many units run on 120V circuits; larger dehumidifiers and heaters may require 20A dedicated circuits or 240V power. Generators and distribution panels are available if site power is limited.
What happens if equipment stops working?
Call us immediately. We’ll troubleshoot and, if needed, dispatch a technician or swap the unit to keep your project on track.
Can you help me size the right equipment?
Yes—share square footage, ceiling height, materials affected, moisture levels, and timeline; we’ll recommend the right mix of dehumidifiers, air movers, and scrubbers.

Policies

How long can I rent equipment?
We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rentals. Extensions are easy—just let us know before the return time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery for a full refund. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee, especially for after-hours or long-distance dispatch.
Are there late fees?
Late returns may incur additional rental charges. If you need more time, contact us to convert to a longer rate (often cheaper than late fees).
Do you charge cleaning fees?
Units should be returned reasonably clean. Excessive dirt, odor, or contamination may require a cleaning fee to maintain HEPA and safety standards.
